CLS uses a web app called YeboManager as a portal to manage and access all of your locks and keys. You can use a management account to create users, capture locks and keys, basically everything that you might need is right there at your fingertips

  • How do I get a management account?

Any owner of Yebotech hardware is entitled to a management account, if you are having trouble accessing your account or need one created for you, don’t hesitate to request an account.

  • How do I capture a Key?

  • What is “Syncing?”

When you make changes on the YeboManager portal, they do not propagate immediately through the system. If - for example - you make a change to your keys name, the change will not reflect on your key until you sync your key with the server. You can sync a key by inserting it into an MFS sync station or by using the YeboSync app on any NFC supporting android device.

  • How do I install a Sync Station?

Sync stations work by being registered to your account. To register a sync station (MFS or YeboSync), simply visit your sync station options and click “add” to add a new sync station. You will need to enter the code displayed on the Sync station screen.

For an MFS sync station to communicate with the system server, you need to have the Sync Station Controller software downloaded on your computer. It’s only 3mb, and a very quick install
